Camping wedding!

We are looking for a campsite where me and my fiancee can get married, hopefully next summer. Does anyone know of any campsites that will allow a large group of people, possibly with some kind of indoor place such as a barn (just in case it rains). We live in Manchester so anywhere within driving distance would be ideal.

If your doing this on the basis of Cost - then Im not sure I can help - but, If you want a Campsite thats NEAR A BARN for weddings - then this might be of help - there is a very basic - but great location small camping site about half a mile or so away

We are still on the look out for somewhere I'm afraid. Visited a few campsites in wales but they were no good. We do know a good place in edale you might be interested in. A couple of our friends got married there last year and it was amazing.
We just want to find some where different. The only problem with this place is, there is no barn so it would have to be all outdoors. the man who owns it is a really nice and the campsite is very very cheap but very basic.
Its whitmore lea farm, upper booth, Edale. think you should check it out. When our friends did it they had a marque and they got married under a tree, luckily the weather was gorgous.

I know they applied for a licence when a friend of mine was to get married there a few years ago, sadly that never went ahead but I believe they still got a licence to hold weddings.

they had some rooms which could be used as function rooms too if memory serves me right
