Avon / Somerset Camping

Me and the kids want to have a night camping in Bristol (so we can go and see the Banksy exhibition) and then go on, not too far, to somewhere a little more rural and possibly coastal to camp. One camper one tent and a penchant for the uncommercial. Any ideas???? (the Bristol Baltic wharf is full ) Oh gosh, that looks like I am screaming. Not yet.

Sandy bay, Weston Super Mare is quite nice which is a few miles away from me, that will give you the coastal aspect. It can be a little commercial though, not as bad as Brean and Burnham and down that way, and not as bad as Weston itself, as Sand Bay is just outside, but may be too commercial for you.
As to central sites if you stay at Sand Bay then Bristol is only 45 mins away so no need to move.
