Lincolnshire Wolds

This is a discussion on Lincolnshire Wolds within the Campsite Recommendations forums, part of the General Camping Stuff category; What nice quiet parks are there arround the Lincolnshire Wolds say Market Rasen or Louth. If possible village and isolation....

Trying this again. I will be in Lincolnshire in 2 weeks time. I am still looking for a camping park somewhere in easy reach of the villages of the Wolds. Surely someone has spent time there it is very beautiful.

This is probably a bit late but this campsite is a pretty good one - I was there last year and the owner is hilarious! West End Farm - Louth, Lincolnshire :: Camping Ninja

    Hi,
Now it's interesting you should mention that because I found it on the 'net and was going to stay there but I could not immediately find the place but stumbled across another place at South Reston. They had a sign out on the highway.

This was fantastic for me as I love solitude and I certainly found it there as for the 2 weeks I was there I had a whole field to myself. Don't know what they called the farm but it's opposite the chapel.

Down side no shower but modern toilet and washing facilities. Just washed the way we did in the old days.
