Mini Tour of North West Scotland

I'm off tomorrow for 4 nights round Scotland camping.

Tuesday night Port Ban on the Mull of Kintyre Caravan Parks Scotland - Welcome
Wednesday Ullapool Broomfield Holiday Park
Thursday Applecross Applecross Campsite, Camping Scotland, Highlands, Campsites Ross-Shire
Friday Dunvegan Skye Kinloch Campsite, a beautiful campsite by the side of Loch Dunvegan on the Isle of Skye

I'll be on my own for the first night and then a good mate is joining me for the next 3 nights.

If you're in the area please drop in and say hello. I have the blue Varadero and failing me being at the tent then I'll be in the nearest pub

I have toured Mull, its special ..

Dunvegan campsite is nice. Stayed there for a week some years ago, nice clean site, friendly owners..

5 Minute walk to pub, shops etc..

If you need a distraction, I would recommend you, go along the road to Glendale ,. (take a right directly out of campsite) single track road 1 mile , take another right .. follow signs for glendale. (a fair distance 8 miles or something) go through Glendale (blink and you will miss it) then head for Neist Point (4 miles or so)..

Road ends on the cliff tops.. 30 minute walk down the cliff (path) to lighthouse. Or just check out the Views.

Also, glendale has Post office. shop. cafe .. no petrol on this road.. fuel up at dunvegan.. Watch out for the sheep..... on Mull and skye
