Newbie seeking advice/info

Hello All ,

Tommy here from Scotland

Wondering if any one has any thoughts or info on my new tent (Hi Gear Zinobia 6 man) , things like is it hard to pitch , is it a poor choice of tent ....those kind of things

I really only go camping once a year to meet up with my mates in England and up until now and my mate and I used his 2 man tent but although it kept us dry ( well almost ) I felt way to cramped so I went for something a bit larger and now hope to convince my wife and kids that camping is great fun and we should try it for a weekend to see if they like it.

Any thoughts would be most welcome , are there any sites that might show videos of this tent being pitched......but i suppose half the fun is having a laugh setting it up

Do you have any photo's so that we can see the tent.

I would also retitle your post perhaps to "Hi Gear Zinobia - Any good?" then it will get picked up on Google fairly quickly.

Hi bud , might put the title change on hold for now as we are just deciding again whether to keep the Hi Gear Zenobia 6 man , or change it to the the Hi Gear Kalihari 8 man , wife thinks she would prefer to have kids right next to her and she now thinks the bedroom layout in the Kalihari would be better.......more headache
