    Default Hi everyone

Hey guys, I stumbled across this site while considering new outdoor activities to take up. I’m what you would consider a newbie when it comes to outdoor activities but I really want to get into them. Hence why I am here, hopefully you guys could enlighten me with your wisdom on the subject, looking forward to getting to know all of you and the learning experience

Firstly could anyone give me a good idea of how to get started and what steps I should take.

    Thanks in advance guys

    Hi Logic. Welcome.
Depends on what outdoor activities you're thinking of!

If it's camping then you've come to the right place.
First step is probably to think of what type of camping you want to do..... basic camping, back to nature, etc.... or at the other end "glamping".
I'm closer to the "glamping" end although slowly we're moving down the other way.

That then helps to determing what kit you need etc....
You can have a great time with some cheap kit from Argos or Halfords in the Summer, but if you want to camp in 4 seasons you need more serious kit!
Tentipi Safir 9 CP - Keeping us warm in the night.

Khyam Biker - Keeping me dry for the last few years.
