    Default Dog friendly campsites

Reading through the forum posts I was wondering if any of you good people can advise me on any good campsites that are happy to take dogs , or in my case a couple of Shetland ponies lol (don't worry they are well trained)

Hey, beautiful dogs!!! I know this is maybe a bit late! Thought I'd let you know I found a fab website where you can search for campsites where dogs are allowed and all kinds of other stuff and I am a bit in love with it - it's called Campingninja - they're new on the scene but have such a lovely to use website and get more campsites all the time. You can also find availability and book from the website too - hallelujah - so quick.

Check it out - campsites where dogs are allowed: how cool is that??

    Good luck

I found your dogs cute Madhouse. I suggest that ask other campers you knew if they know a camp site that allows you to take your dogs or simply search it over the net.

We have just booked up to take our little Cav to Woodhill Park Near cromer. We went without her earlier this year and it's a lovely site with it's own dog walking field on the cliff top. Also a lovely walk along the cliffs to the beach and the added bonus of Rock pools !!
    I can't wait.

Lincolnshire Lanes nr Lincoln has a very dog friendly approach. Leads are not required but the owners/farmers dog does take a dislike to some visitors dogs occasionally

For non dog owners with kids, like us, it was a little less suitable as dog mess was in abundance

Yes that's the problem isn't it. I'm a dog owner and I hate the thought of dog mess not being cleared up. There is absolutely no reason for it. So you can see why some sites have either a ban on dogs or want them on leads. One camp site owner was saying that some people just let their dogs cock their legs against other peoples tents and even water carriers. Unbelievable.
Tentipi Safir 9 CP - Keeping us warm in the night.

Khyam Biker - Keeping me dry for the last few years.

I've been to campsites where some people do that too.
I went to the zoo recently. The only animal there was a small dog. It was a shihtzu
