I realise that these aren't brilliant pictures of the drying rail but it's very hard to photograph.
It's made up of 8 strips of fabric with toggle and rings on and an alloy ring that clips to the toggles and rings.
The 8 strips attach at the bottom and top with yes you've guessed it toggles. Each strip has a buckle that's used to keep it taught.

I think I get it but bear with me.
On the drying rail there are 8 tapes that the top of which hook onto the existing tapes that are visible under the top hat and the bottom of which toggle onto the metal rings around 2-3 foot up from the floor that the inner tent would hook to?
Am I getting close?
