After lots of thought, I decided to go for a weber smokey joe instead!!!!
The only trouble is I'm struggling to keep the damn thing from going out............I used weber briquettes and got them really hot, but when I put the lid on it seems to slowly go out before the foods cooked.
I've got all the vents open but can't seem to cook anything on it before it dies.....I'm going to try some lumpwood soon but running out of ideas......
