What lantern!?

I'm looking for a lantern for around £10 (tight budget!). What would you recommend? Really need replies ASAP as going away in a few weekends.

Is this for inside your tent? If so then I strongly recommend "UFOs". These are disc-shaped with LED lights. The ones I use are from Wilkinsons (click here) but they are also acailable at ASDA and cost under a fiver and give off a really good amount of light especially when you conside how compact they are (under 15cm diameter and 2-3cm thick) and are not too much of a drain on the batteries (3xAA). You hang them from the various tabs and hooks in the tent. I don't know what tent you have but I use two or three in the living area of my Minnesota. For a smaller tent you may need only one.

I couldn't find any on the asda website, link me? It's only a two person tent, so one should suffice.

I bought mine from the store last year so I assumed that they still sell them. In a two berth tent one would be fine.

You can actually get them on ebay.
I bought one and used it in my small tent where it worked well.
