fab fire pits

I've recently bought one of these fire pits from www.somersetfirepits.co.uk Looks great and works really well. We had 8 people round it last weekend and it kept us all toasty warm, till the early hours. It keeps the fire off the ground so you don't have a burnt patch in the middle of your camp in the morning for the kids to "play" in!!
Was a bit worried about the stability of it, as it only has one leg! But when we set it up it was very stable and virtually impossible to tip over.
The leg detaches from the bowl, so it packs down small enough to fit in the back of our car. we have been looking at patio fire pits at garden centres, but they all looked a bit bulky and not very portable.
We've been sitting out in the garden with it lit, trying to squeeze the last few drops out of the summer before we all reteat indoors for the dark winter!
Camping with an open fire is just the best. Marshmallows and red wine. All we need now is for someone to learn to play the guitar!
