Pitching in the rain is not much fun. So having a tent that goes up quickly is a must. I have 2 North Face tents and they both go up quickly. I also hate sloping sites. A geodesic style tent is what I always go for, as you can very easily move it about. I don't particularly like tunnel tents.

For me it's sloping pitches. The one downside of the tent I have (Coleman Phad) is you can only sleep with your head at the door and it's not always possible to find a pitch that slopes the correct way. That and dirty ablutions and poor showers.
I went to the zoo recently. The only animal there was a small dog. It was a shihtzu

Hmm I'm not sure! I guess its the pain of some tents to pitch and put up. Well the bigger one's anyway.
Someone needs to invent a tent that packs itself dry on the last day when its raining.

My biggest concern is pitching in the wind (I camp solo most of the time). My biggest frustration is not noticing that bloody great boulder until I lie on it!

Easy for me, pitching up a tent in the dark is hell, also agreed on sloping or rough ground, I also hate pitching with an audience.. bound to make a mistake.

    Default Pitching in the wind

it would have to be pitching / taking down in strong winds, nearly lost a tent once (did break one of the poles).

Rain doesn’t bother me as I usually buy decent tents that mean u pitch the outer first and I've learnt that if I leave the inner hooked in, it still fits in the bag and technically never get wet.

Yes I've tried that one too, keeping the inner hooked in, I first did this out of lazyness but soon realised it's pointless taking the inner lining down.
