I've been dealing with the Stunning Tents Company over my Tentipi Safir and Eldfell stove purchase so I thought I'd give them a vote for excellent customer service.

Right from the first enquiry I was made to feel a valued customer even though I was just asking questions. I was concerned that I was a pain!

Both Sue's helped me out and even offered to come in on the Saturday so that we could see the Tentipi's put up.

We didn't feel under any pressure at all whilst viewing and Sue patiently answered all of our questions knowledgeably.
It always helps to have someone that's using the products themselves and understands. Sue was able to offer us advice based on her own experience.

As the main UK importer for Tentipi they had plenty of stock so we were able to take what we wanted away. They also price matched anything available on the web, so we could look for the best deal and they matched it. We did this on the Tipi and on the stove we subsequently bought. They ship free of charge over a certain spend which I think is a nice touch.

Sue also showed us an email from a customer who had bought the Eldfell stove with some pictures. This is the sort of great customer relationship that I wish everyone offered. They have a customer for life now. I want to send them pictures of my set-up and share the excitement! Seems mad and you rarely feel like that after a purchase nowadays, it was so refreshing. I even took some of their business cards away with me to share!!!
