I recently bought a tent from them and found a couple of faults when it was put up. When we took it back we were offered an exchange or money back without hesitation.

My daughter and son-in-law also bought a tent from them. In some bad weather one of the poles snapped and caused the tent to collapse and curtailed their holiday. Again the same thing happened money back or exchange without hesitation. On top of this they were given a £20 gift voucher as a goodwill gesture for having their holiday ruined.
