New products are being added daily, usually 10 to 20 a day.

Here at Telescopics we sell many products, from Turboflames lighters which burn at 1300 Degrees, to 58 Patt Water bottles.
    WELL WHERE IS MY STUFF.
I advise against buying from this guy. over two weeks for supposed next day delivery I am still waiting! the support ticket system doesn't work. no email contact available and charged before dispatch.OK so what about phoning tried that gues what mailbox full must be full of messages of complaints.

well going by my experince best avoiding this site

Hi all, new to this forum, hope your all well

I ordered a bivvy bag from www.telescopics.net last week, no sign of the order, money been taken from my account, cannot get an answer by phone or email, message box full, looks like I've been ripped off.

I don't like getting taken for a fool, don't like it one bit...

I've added a warning to the first post. Don't forget to let us know how you get on.
I went to the zoo recently. The only animal there was a small dog. It was a shihtzu

    Hi

I did get my goods eventualy but I never had a response from the website at any time. after numerous attempts
My stuff arrived 34!! days after placing my order which is over the time required for distance selling regulations which is 30 days i think.
let me know if you get your bivy bag. maybe it will arrive in good time :-)

Not a great start here then it seems... I guess this will be a case of the shop allowing you to order goods that aren't in stock.
This then means that Telescopics needs to order them. This in my humble opinion is not a great model and just results in a lots of very unhappy customers that will moan extensively about it, especially if they take the money up front. I doubly hate that!

Hi everybody....interesting to read of your experiences with Telescopics. I too paid a long while back (3rd September) and have received nothing at all yet. But was promised that stuff would arrive within a couple of days. Have tried to phone and get a full mail box, have written e mail messages requesting information and have no replies. If nothing changes by 48 hours time I will inform the police and get them to pay a friendly visit to Mr Sean Blaney of 6 Glebe Close, Swinton, South Yorkshire S64 8LN UK with a complaint of theft. He currently has 45 quid of my money and I have none of his goods! In the meantime, I would recommend giving this man and his laughable company a very very wide berth......

You'll find it's a civil matter with your best course of action either small claims court...

You should though complain to trading standards
