You should though complain to trading standards

I have today been chasing a refund for an order that was cancelled under distance selling regulations (failure to deliver) but charged to my credit card.
After contacting Consumer Direct (08454 040506) I have found that Telescopics Ltd ceased trading in 2009. They have passed the matter on to trading standards.

Please don't deal with this company.

Its a damn shame that they are still allowed to operate. Their website seems to be up and fully functioning.
