The inner sheet of my tent is torn. How do I fix it?

The inner sheet of my tent is torn, it is right in the middle of a pannel, not on a seam where I could have stitched it. The tent is a Vango Alpha 300 and I may have torn it during packing up in a rush (it was raining) with the metal studs that come with it. The material is polyester or nylon, I cannot remember the exact name, it is almost a see through and breatheable fabric.
How do I fix it? Any replies will be much appreciated

Well as it't the inner that's torn it doesn't need to be waterproof so just about anything strong would do the trick but going from others who have had the misfortune to damage their tent Tenacious Tape™ Repair Tape is highly recommended
