you could try and remove the mould with a weak Hydrogen Peroxide mix. Spray it on and leave for a few minutes and then wash off.
I would apply a little first just to make sure its not going to cause a problem but it should be ok.

hi all, im new to this site. stumbled across it while searching tinternet for outwell bedroom pods.
does anyone know if you can buy them seperatly? ive just purchased a Vermont L and the pods are covered in mould. ive been offered a substantial refund to keep it or a full refund for return. it was a bargain to begin with, however i dont want it with mouldy bedrooms! (im very fussy)

I went to the zoo recently. The only animal there was a small dog. It was a shihtzu
I don't think you're being fussy at all! I wouldn't want the smell of mouldy bedrooms, but I'm sure you'd be able to wash them or soak them in very mild bleach solution? Or as Boris has said.
If you want replacements I think the best thing to do is to contact an Outwell retailer as I'm sure that Outwell sell spares through them. I seem to recall though that they are very expensive at £100+ each.
