zips not working front door outwell sunvalley

Looks like your only real option is to change the zip. Contact Outwell or a local tent specialist

I read somewhere the other day, possibly in one of the camping magazines, that for a local machinists (sp?) changing a zip in a tent is no big deal.
You can then waterproof the stitching after it's been done.

I take it as well that the zip is actually gone and it's not just the way that the tent is being pitched that is causing the problem? As we've had other people with Outwell's and zip problems.
