I'm 0ver 6 feet tall and find the tempest 300 is ideal for 2 people, you would be okay with three children but three adults and kit is never going to be comfortable. The porch is long and wide but not very high and the door isn't the best designed ,if you open it in the rain the porch area will get wet ,hence the tarp over the front.

    Found this:

Robens - Light Dreamer Tents Measures

Seems like a good buy, found a number of them online, including ebay.

Looks good. It has some nice features like the alloy poles and the blind pole sleeves which make it much easier to pitch single handed. Pack size a bit on the long size for my liking but as I've said before I like my tent in a pannier out of sight when I park up.
I went to the zoo recently. The only animal there was a small dog. It was a shihtzu

I had the Coleman Phad X3. Very sturdy and easy to pitch, but I thought the innertent was too short (210cm), due to the slooping end.
A shame, because otherwise the tent is excellent, freestanding, even with the fly, and a porch big enough to do cooking etc.
(The Phact (not the Phad!) has one small porch on each side.)

I sold the Phad X3 cause I felt it was too short, If only they had made the innertent 20 cm longer, and the porch 20 cm shorter..they would have had a really good tent. (and if it would have been Vango-green....)

Then I found the Coleman Ohio with 233 cm innertent! Quite unusual, and perfect for a tall person with pillow and sleepingbag.
I was surprised that there is so little about this model on the internet, especially since the model has been available since 2002 so I made a site myself and added a few pictures for those who consider buying this model.

(The Good news is, and yes, you may be grateful to me..) that the hydrostatic head values are 7000 and 5000, not 3000 and 2000 as the Ebay shops say. I found these values on a Chech site, and called Coleman to find out which one was true.

They got back to me and confirmed it is 7000 and 5000, so I was pleasantly surprised. That sounds good, that sounds dry!
The pictures I took are here: coleman ohio - Home

    Ok, good luck with deciding.
