I have a sunnflair vario 6 plus ,6.3 x 4.2 metres of tent that is well kitted up with equipment and has a sown in groundsheet, any solutions when staying on a site wanting groundsheets lifted regularly or breathable ones ,I do not want to repitch the lot after 4 days and am looking to stay 10 days on a nice quiet site ,is there an undergroundsheet or membrane that will not be detrimental to the grass I could use
would a bed of straw suffice, replies that do not suggest using another site or buying a caravan will be gratefully received

Unfortunately I don't have an answer for you, but feel this is a question that will probably become more common.
![]() I haven't had any issues with my family tent so far, but I think it will happen in the future so I'd be interested in everybody's replies as well......

I have had a reply from the manufacturer, they have no solution,I have not heard from breathable groundsheet company.
It is not what I intended to do but changed my mind, booked with another site who were a pleasure to deal with. I do like to know that in mid summer a site is all booked up and all I have to do is hook up the trailer and go .Iam still definately interested in a solution to the grass conservation issue though. Will keep you posted on the site and solution if one emerges.
