Smile Halfords Family pack tent goes west to Llantwit.

Halfords Family tent kit with 4 sleeping bags, double air beds, all the trimmings from Guildford branch cost about £150 with a single canister bottle stove in a backpack with pans and tupperware.

Super tent in blue with very little effort to errect. Has 2 main black poles from corner to corner and 2 silver poles at each end to make the ends rigid to accomodate the 2 double cell bedrooms. The mid section has flaps which open up on both sides and one has a window.
It is not really suitable to cook in as it is very thin and I am sure would burn easily enough.
We didi brave it with a double stove affair set on a table with a heatshield and that kept us in warm tea all 5 days.

I forgot to tie the poles to the tent to make it more rigid. The tent has fabric lace points outside which meant it was a tad leaky but I know for next time.

Over all we had two good hot days and two wet ones. It was able to stay relativly dry with the Welch showers

Overall I cant fault it, My wife bought it and we all had a great time. Pics to follow.
