Vango Premium Extension - any views please

Hi,

I have the Vango Orchy 600 tent and am considering buying the tunnel extension, but at 380cm in length it seems a bit massive - about the same size at the living area of the tent. Does anyone have this extension and is it worth having? Shame they don't have something about half the size that would fit this tent. The canopies seem ok, so any advice on these would also be appreciated. We are looking for that bit of extra space/shelter, esp in bad weather for somewhere to cook and leave dirty boots.

Just stumbled across this thread - I'm not sure is the answer, but I've just purchased one for my Orchy 500 for this weekend so I'll let you know! They are fairly sizable but then again I love having loads of space in my tent.

With the current forecast for Southampton over the bank holiday we may be very grateful for the extra shelter! :-(
